Cow and Ghost is run by two enthusiasts of all things vintage and retro who live in Talybont. What started as a hobby became a passion and is now a business. They sell vintage china, upcycled furniture and the occasional Welsh wool blanket at a variety of Vintage & Antique Fairs some of which are actually in Talybont on Usk at the village hall.
