Talybont Turbine in action

Everyone is welcome to our Talybont Energy Community Open Day on Sunday 21st September 2-5pm in Henderson Hall.

On offer will be tours of the Talybont turbine, Henderson Hall PV and air-source heating, the Talybont woodland project and domestic PV and solar hot water. Bring your apples from your garden trees and have a go at pressing them into delicious apple juice. There will also be a chance to try electric cars, Twizys, electric bikes and find out how to join the community car club.

In the hall, there will be various information stalls, tips on saving money and energy and keeping warmer this winter and an array of helpful energy saving products (rain proof laundry dryer, draught proofer, shower timer, solar charger, etc)  which we plan to raffle during the afternoon.

Come along on your own or with friends and family – tea and cake for all.
