Saturday 11^th November, 10am – Clearing & Planting on Gilestone Farm*
Meet at Gilestone Woodlands (not House) follow ‘Woodland’ sign from driveway. Hot drinks provided – bring food, spade and gloves.
Thursday 16^th November, 7pm – An Introduction to Cider-Making* [Henderson Hall]
Saturday 25^th November, 10am – Planting on Gilestone Farm
Saturday 9^th December, 10am – Canal site planting
Saturday 13^th January, 10am – Creating an espalier [alongside the playground]*
Friday 19th January, 7pm – Wassailing
Saturday 10^th February, 10am – Pruning and Managing an Orchard*
Saturday 10^th March, 10am – Launch Event: Introducing the Orchards and Trail [Henderson Hall]
NOTE: You don’t need to have any existing knowledge – activities marked * are part informal training.
