Wow! August is an amazing month here in the Brecon Beacons. This coming w/e (9-11th August) is Brecon Jazz Festival. You can find the full programme of events here

The Brecon Fringe Festival is happening right here in Talybont with several features over the w/e at our very own Star Inn.

• Friday evening from 9pm (Whisky Business)
  Saturday bands at midday, 3pm, 6pm (Parcel of Rogues) and 9pm (Western Super Bears)
  Sunday bands at 1pm (Livestock Davies & The Lowdown Snakes) and 4pm (The Hot Rods)
• Food as usual on Friday evening; barbecue food in the garden (weather permitting) on Saturday & Sunday

Then next up, the following w/e (15th-18th August) is the Green Man Festival just down the road from us in Talybont. Read a preview of the Green Man Festival here.
